Meditation and Stress Management Seminar
Seminars include discussion on the reality of stress in our lives (what is stress, what do we call it, when do we recognize it). There will be discussion on responsibility to Self in all environments (home, work, play etc ), recognizing the inevitable mandate to grow and develop as a human being starting at square one…how to care for yourself and create a better environment for Self and all around you (parents, brothers, sisters, employers, employees, co-workers, clients, customers, children, friends and acquaintances, the cat, dog and the bird). There will be brief discussion on meditation basics and its benefits, including specifically its use as an aid for stress management.
INTRODUCTION TO CONCEPT OF PRODUCTIVE USE OF ENERGY WILL INCLUDE:
Energy experiment with hands
Visualization of energy (paper tool)
Introduction of individual energy fields (zones)
Cleansing technique (staying in your own energy)
EXPOUNDING ON THE INNER MAN CONCEPT?!…
Meditative pause with full participation of entire group utilizing special technique
Information on inner gifts

ALL PERSONS DESIRING TO PARTICIPATE IN THE WORKSHOP ARE ASKED TO WEAR COMFORTABLE CLOTHING (please be decent and in order) AND BRING PAPER AND PEN OR PENCIL. IF PERFUMES OR COLOGNES ARE WORN PLEASE USE LIGHTLY SCENTED FRAGRANCES.
All participants will have an opportunity to have a successful meditative experience AND openly share.
